What is included in The SkyRocket Programme?
SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY SESSION (2 HOURS)
In this opening session, we analyse what you have been doing, what is working and what’s not, what is working well for similar industries on social media, what your audience responds to most and what could deliver the best results for you.
We will look at your profiles and updates needed before action is taken.
We’ll also explore the gaps in your activity and outline a strategy for you to move forward with.
IMPLEMENTATION SESSION OUTLINING WEEKLY AND DAILY ACTIONS (2 HOURS)
Following on from the strategy session, we put together both a daily and weekly action list and work through the implementation of this. By the end of this session, you’ll understand what you need to do to move your social media forward and when you are going to do it.
MONTH ONE REVIEW (2 HOURS)
In this session, we analyse what worked well in your strategy and what needs improvement. What actions do we now need to implement to take it up another gear?
MONTH TWO REVIEW (1 HOUR)
In the final session, we’ll work through what needs to change moving forward now we know what has worked over the last two months. We’ll explore how best to fit this in to your working day and how to guarantee your social media success moving forward.
